PFLAG works to bring together the LGBT community with friends, family and other allies. It's a wonderful resource for parents and other folks who have loved ones in the community or just want to learn a little more about it.
The Trevor Project "is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24."

Trans Student Educational Resources "is a youth-led organization dedicated to transforming the educational environment for trans and gender nonconforming students through advocacy and empowerment."
Rad Remedy connects "trans, gender non-conforming, intersex, and queer folks to accurate, safe, respectful, and comprehensive care in order to improve individual and community health."
Queer People of Color Collective is a group of folks who are "committed to intergenerational community building and promoting conversations across the intersections of race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation and gender identity."
QORDS-"By empowering Southern queer & trans youth and building community through music, QORDS is a vehicle for expressing gender and sexuality, and harbors an environment of self-discovery and social change."
